A chilly, bright perfume: flurries of virgin snow, crisp winter wind and the faintest breath of night-blooming flowers.
Feminine and fresh. One of my very favorites.

John Mayer: Battle Studies (2009)
I only really got into his music with "Continuum". Polished, for sure. And I think he's a wonderful musician. I still like "Continuum" a bit better though. Not an entirely unpleasant outing though, this one.
Stand out track: "Heartbreak Warfare"

Just starting this one, a few chapters in. King has his mojo back! I'll review when I'm finished.

I have to make a post about this list but I will when I can sit down and comb through it. It's interesting to read this fan's whys and wherefores of picking and ranking the songs. I commend the effort, it's a daunting task. Stay tuned.
Interesting read. I couldn't imagine taking the time to do this. Judging by the comments, people have many different opinions on what the best songs are. Some of my favorite songs are near the bottom, and some of my least are near the top. (If I made a list, it would end up being Harrison heavy at the top) It's all subjective. Thanks for posting this.
